Product functions: 

  1. Equipped with a CUT model hydraulic pump delivering a flow rate of 500 ml/min and a system pressure of 4 MPa. The dual valves precisely control eight hydraulic cylinders, enabling chassis lifting and track detachment via fully proportional hydraulic drive. The integrated pressure gauge allows real-time system monitoring.

  2. Key motion mechanisms use planetary gearboxes combined with high-torque brushless motors (winch, travel, boom lifting and lowering), ensuring strong performance and reliable continuous operation. The cab and upper structure rotation utilize self-locking motors for precise positioning and stable holding.

  3. The main frame is manufactured using CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication. It ensures structural integrity for the 64.5 kg model while achieving a lifting capacity of 45 kg, accurately replicating the triangular load-bearing design of a real construction vehicle.

  4. Following real-machine logic, the entire model can be disassembled into modules (counterweight, boom, tracks, upper structure). The track modules support hydraulic detachment, facilitating transport and offering extensive possibilities for customization, scenario-based configurations, and personalized upgrades.

  5. The design supports performance expansion through optional accessories: additional truss sections or tie rods extend the boom reach, while extra counterweight blocks improve maximum load stability, allowing the model to meet increasingly demanding operational conditions.
