ScaleDuty is a Netherlands-based European shop specializing in heavy-duty RC scale construction equipment and trucks. We focus on premium models built for realism, durability, and serious scale enthusiasts.

We offer a carefully selected range of:

• RC construction equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.)

• RC scale trucks and trailers

Our products are intended for experienced hobbyists and serious builders, not toy-grade use. If you are not experienced but want to try this awesome world? No worries would love to show you around and give you the best advice, based on a lot experience!

All brands are chosen for their quality, realism, and reliability. We offer therefore great aftersales, all parts, also after purchase are available if needed. 

❓ Are your products suitable for beginners?

Some products may be suitable for beginners with technical interest, but many heavy-duty RC scale models require basic mechanical or RC knowledge.

If you’re unsure whether a product is right for you, please contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to advise.

❓ Do your products come with warranty?

Yes. All products sold by ScaleDuty come with warranty, in accordance with European consumer regulations and manufacturer terms.

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

❓ Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to customers across Europe, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and more.

Shipping is FREE at Scaleduty there will be NO HIDDEN FEES. If you live in a remote location or for some other reason the shipping costs are very high, we will always inform you in advance.

❓ Where is ScaleDuty located?

ScaleDuty is based in the Netherlands, Wormer and operates as a European seller. This means clear communication, reliable shipping, and EU consumer protection.

❓ What languages do you support?

We provide customer Phone support in English and Dutch only.
If you do not speak English or Dutch, we recommend contacting us via email or WhatsApp message for the best assistance.
