This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ScaleDuty. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
You can enjoy FREE SHIPPING at Scaleduty - also not to worry about customs tax of additional cost. Our product prices are without hidden fees.
If we are not sure or we can guarantee no additional costs we will discuss and mention it to you before shipping!
📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Most of the times your model is specials and needs to be ordered from the Factory. Our experience is that this might increase the delivery time variable from 1 - 4 weeks. PLEASE ASK about the current shipping time for the specific model you are looking for.
- If the product needs to be ordered from the Factory / special build, then the delivery time strongly depends on the brand / factory. Please ask us for the must up to date delivery time.

We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

We offer FREE SHIPPING, if any Shipping costs are necessary (for example you live very remote) This will be calculated by us and we will inform you before shipping.

We aim for 0 additional costs if Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. However we will inform you about this beforehand.
📍 Personal Delivery & Pickup
In addition to standard shipping, we also offer:

Pickup by appointment at ScaleDuty
These options must be arranged in advance and are not included in standard shipping.
📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
❗ Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

ScaleDuty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
🔁 Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. ScaleDuty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
